Dear Celeste,
It's our first time baking a muffin and.... unfortunately, we failed! Gee... Mummy thought that muffins are the easiest to make so started off with muffins first. But who knows... haha... Mummy really has not been baking for eons.. so forgot a lot of things already. :p

Mummy's reminder to self: always prepare the ingredients first when you have an impatient kid beside you.
Celeste, you seemed to think that making muffins is fast and quick. Even before I measured everything, you wanted to put everything in. Despite your constant "nagging" (Can do this already? Can put in now? Can I do this? Can can can can can... *faint*) you were a good helper :) Mummy just needs to remember to allow the butter to soften more before whisking it and add MORE sugar. :p
Our muffins turned out like this.... not too great looking and VERY unedible. LOLz.. because the measurement for sugar was way off.
*grin* THere will be a second time and it will be successful ok?
