Celeste's First NDP!

Thanks to Aunt Wernie for giving us the NDP Preview tickets. We had the good Yellow Sector seats which meant we were right in front of the stage :) Thank you!

The weather was ultimately hot... we learned not to go there so early in future :p

Celeste and her sculptured balloons loot. There were young people sculpturing and giving people such balloons. Good way to keep us alive while waiting I think! Also had polaroids for us.. cool :)

Have to keep stuffing her with some food to keep her at her seat whenever the parade gets a little boring. Especially the march past part!

New swimsuit

La Casa's pool can be quite cold in the morning so we thought that we should get a more covered swimsuit for Celeste. Celeste likes this pinky swimsuit we got for her. :)

Hehe... Little Celeste has a new swimsuit. Hope she doesn't feel so cold in our freezing pool!

Writing new words

Now that Celeste knows how to write her alphabet quite well and is quite good with phonics, she is into writing new words.

Today, she was thinking of a name for her purple carebear. She started writing some funny names and although she cannot really read what she wrote, she tried to pronounce it phonetially. Anyway, I tried to help her to read what she read and she got really interested in writing some more names for carebear.

In the end, she chose "Poti" as carebear's name. lol.

Zzz in 5 secs

This afternoon, we went for dim sum and by the time we finished our food and went for a little shopping, it was 1+pm. Celeste fell asleep in the car in 5 sec. Unfortunately, she woke up after we carried her home and didn't manage to continue w her nap.

We went to see puppies at 3+pm, followed by more shopping at ikea and giant. Reached home at 8+pm and Celeste fell asleep almost immediately after changing!

Hope she has a sweet sweet sleep ;)

Btw, just 5 more weeks to Hongkong!

Family Day Carnival

Celeste is officially 3.5 years old today. I had to work the whole day as it's FDC but luckily, Daddy could bring Celeste to come and play. First thing Celeste did was to buy a beautiful balloon from me. keke..

And of course, not forgetting the ice-cream she bought.

She could balance herself real well too.

I drew on my knees

This is what Daddy saw after he realised that Celeste was a little too quiet.

And then he realised what's wrong.

Celeste drew on her knees with the markers I left her to work with while I went out for tuition.

Oh Celeste, Celeste. You are so adorable. *grin*

Great at balancing now!

Celeste can also jump down from the flower and land on both legs. She was extremely happy to achieve the jump and tried many more times :)

First & Last trip to Tanjong Pagar Railway Track

Celeste was very happy to see a real railway track. She tugged Kim Kim along to wherever she wanted to go. Bounced and hopped on the tracks until she was tired.

Just as we wanted to venture a little deeper into the tracks, Celeste grew grumpy and wanted us to carry her. Of course, no one was going to carry her on those uneven paths so we headed back home shortly after.

Celeste already kinda grumpy here and refused to take a photo with the big leaf Grandpa plucked for her.
