Celeste's proficiency in Mandarin has improved. She now loves the Chinese story books I've introduced to her when she was a baby.

She reads the story book by herself. Sounds pretty amusing with her funny accent. But she is actually not reading the actual story. She's just making up the words and pointing to the words. Haha!

At this tiny age, Celeste models everything that we do. Grandma uses hair rollers, celeste wants one too. So grandma has special small hair rollers for her. So grandma and grand daughter look alike now. So cute. :)

These few days, Celeste has been using the scissors all by herself. She pesters us to allow her to cut and paste paper. With initial supervision, we have now allowed her to cut all by herself after seeing that she has a lot of confidence in using the scissors. It greatly trains her fine motor skills that she is lacking in. Although she makes a mess after that, as long as she's happy and safe, we're more than happy to let her indulge in her tiny hobby for now.

Little piglet fell asleep shortly after swimming and bathing at la casa. Her hair wasn't even dry and she nodded off to sleep without lunch too.
