Yest night, Celeste went out with grandpa and grandma. At around 10pm, she called me. Celeste: mummy, you sleep already? Me: not yet. I'm waiting for you. *yawn* Celeste: you better go and sleep now because you have baby. (She continued to "nag" at me to sleep early.) I'm in the car, going home. So you better go and sleep early ok? Wah so longwinded but she has been quite sensitive to my needs. :) This morning, she wanted to play her box of blocks. Usually we would carry it down for her as it is quite heavy. Today as usual I wanted to carry for her but she was faster than me. When I offered to carry it for her, she said," I carry la! You inside got baby, cannot carry heavy things." :)))))) what a sensible girl. Hope she will continue to be sensible when didi arrives.

Building a castle and playing board game: Who's the richest!
Now that C can read and knows simple addition, it was fun playing this with her. Reinforces concepts and words she had learned. :)
Celeste claimed that she wasn't tired and flopped done on the bed sadly after getting scolded by daddy for being "naughty".
In a few minutes time, we heard nothing from her and realised she had fallen asleep.
Stubborn little girl. :-P
Impromptu visit Kbox!
It's Celeste's first visit to a KTV joint. Initially we wanted to go to Sembawang Shopping Centre's "new" KTV place but it was fully booked. Heard that the rates there are quite cheap and we can bring food in so we decided to go there since it's near our place. Unfortunately, the only time slot they had was at 6pm so we decided to go elsewhere instead. We made our way to AMK's Kbox's KLunch. Celeste was surprised that we could eat inside the room. Haha.. Maybe she's very used to eating only at the dining table or restaurant. :p She kept asking us "why so good, can eat here?"
It was good that Daddy sang a lot of songs with her on the way to school every morning. A lot of songs meaning a lot of pop songs. So when it came to ktv, not a problem for Celeste because she could sing by heart a lot of songs already. She particularly liked all the fast and catchy songs. Managed to video down her dancing to some of the songs with Daddy. ;) Very cute!
