Naughty grandma let Cyrus wear Celeste's shoes! He likes how the shoes go tap tap tap and comes to us with the shoes, babbling, when the shoes come off. He wants us to wear them for him!
We went shopping tdy and Celeste saw a lot of nice dresses and shoes. However, in order not to cultivate a shopperholic, we had to teach her that although there were many beautiful items that she liked, she couldn't buy everything. So if something is expensive, we cannot buy it for her.
Today we went to orchard to shop, more to window shop actually, so naturally the prices there were high. So everytime Celeste saw something she liked, she asked me if it was expensive. I had to disappoint her everytime because the dresses weren't really cheap! But she did not make a fuss and carried on looking for her next dress.
At the end of the night though, she complained that "it's not fair". "I never buy anything". Lol... So we got her packet if Yan Yan biscuits instead. That made her happy~

fu lu shou gathers.. all so big already!
all rosy from all the running and screaming... she hardly ate anything.. maybe 2-3 sticks of satay only? :p
p/s: Note that she seems to be wearing the same clothes all the while? That's because it's her favourite outfit for the moment. The "princess" look. She is looking for "tap tap shoes" now. After getting her to talk about what "tap tap shoes" are, we realised that they are actually HIGH HEELS!
Hehe... Some interesting situations to note:
1) Celeste: I want to poo poo!
After poo poo-ing, Celeste looks at her own poo and says, " wah! Dinosaur poo poo!"
On some occasions, she will say it's airplane poo or some other shaped poo. Hehe so cute...
2) this morning daddy smashed me to "complain" about Celeste. He said that when he asked Celeste to go and wear her shoes, she quickly ran into the room and took her towel. Said she wanted to go to sleep. When daddy went into the room to catch her, she jumped up from the bed and ran out of the room to wear her shoes. She's really so naughty!!!!
3) Celeste said," I'm a chef! I want to cook cook."
Wahhh... Since when did she learn the word chef?
Btw, Celeste was about 14.5kg several weeks ago. My my... She is really heavy!
There's a girlish side of celeste appearing nowadays. Celeste takes off her shoes and insists that she wants to try all the adult sized high heels and shoes that Mummy is trying. On top of that, she doesn't care if she sweeps all the shoes down the shelf or if the entire world is watching her or not, she continues her quest of trying all shoes in the store.
Celeste is no doubt a shoe lover, just like Mummy
